Springfield Echelon Performance Compensator

  • Designed around the OEM threaded barrel that is available on Springfields website.
  • Runs with OEM recoil spring and 115gr ammunition.
  • Adds 1.175" from face of slide, and is the shortest OEM barrel compatible Echelon Compensator on the market.
  • Extends .675" past a Streamlight TLR1.
  • Extends .250" past a Surefire X300. 
  • Single top port with side ports.
  • Designed to flow nicely with the OEM slide design, while also standing out on its own.
  • Easy install.
  • Like any of our designs, Performance drives everything. 
  • Type III hard coat anodized black.
  • Comes with all necessary hardware.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. REMOVE MAGAZINE AND ENSURE PISTOL IS CLEAR AND SAFE.
  2. REMOVE SLIDE FROM FRAME.
  3. REMOVE RECOIL SPRING AND BARREL.
  4. MAKE SURE BARREL THREADS ARE CLEAN AND FREE OF DEBRIS. 
  5. INSTALL THREADED BARREL INTO SLIDE.
  6. PUSH BARREL OUT OF BATTERY TO WHERE IT IS PROTRUDING FROM FRONT OF SLIDE.
  7. APPLY BLUE LOCTITE 243 TO BARREL THREADS.
  8. SCREW ON COMPENSATOR ALL OF THE WAY AND STRAIGHTEN TO MATCH SLIDE.
  9. PUSH BARREL INTO BATTERY.
  10. REMOVE BARREL FROM BATTERY AND UNSCREW COMP 1 ROTATION AT A TIME UNTIL BARREL GOES INTO BATTERY.
  11. STRAIGHTEN COMP TO MATCH SLIDE.
  12. APPLY BLUE LOCTITE 243 TO SET SCREWS AND INSTALL SCREWS IN COMP WITH A 1/16 ALLEN WRENCH.
  13. TIGHTEN SET SCREWS ONTO BARREL OD.
  14. YOU MAY HAVE TO GO BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN SET SCREWS FOR STRAIGHTNESS.  
  15. LET LOCTITE CURE FOR 24 HOURS.  
  16. CLEAN COMP EVERY 750-1000 ROUNDS.

    Amazing !! It was so easy to install. Instructions were very precise. Looks and performs great. I did experience some double feeds but not frequent enough during my first outing to be concerned. I really like this product and looking forward to ordering other items from Patriot PNC.

    This compensator lines up perfectly with the Echelons slide and is very well made. I've run factory ammo as well has various handloads through it without a single issue. The anodizing is without blemish and matches well with the Echelon's standard finish. Overall, I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a flush fit compensator.
